The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) MIMAROPA, under the leadership of Regional Director Angelina M. Carreon, has been officially recognized with the PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II award for Performance Management by the Civil Service Commission (CSC). The awarding ceremony was held on September 4, 2025, marking another significant milestone for the agency in strengthening its human resource systems.
This recognition affirms TESDA MIMAROPA’s commitment to excellence in implementing structured and effective performance management processes, ensuring that organizational goals are aligned with the growth and productivity of its workforce. PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II status is conferred to agencies that have established, implemented, and are continuously improving human resource management systems that meet CSC standards.
The achievement was made possible through the dedication and teamwork of the Performance Management Team, composed of Romblon Acting Provincial Director Vanessa Jane D. Aceveda, VSA Rosarie Paras, Acting FASD Chief Rhona M. Marasigan, Acting ROD Chief Manuel C. Lacson Jr., Senior TESD Specialist Cecille A. Magaling, and Maria Lorena B. Cuenca. Their collective efforts and commitment played a vital role in ensuring compliance with CSC requirements and in fostering a performance-driven culture within the organization.
