TESDA MIMAROPA Earns PRIME-HRM Level 2 Recognition

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority – TESDA MIMAROPA Regional Office proudly announces its conferment of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Level II – Process Maturity Award.

The recognition was formally awarded during the 31st Regional Conference of HR Management Practitioners held April 14, 2026, at CityState Asturias Hotel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, and was received by Regional Director Baron Jose Lagran on behalf of the region.

This milestone reflects TESDA MIMAROPA’s unwavering commitment to upholding high standards in human resource management systems and practices. Achieving PRIME-HRM Level II signifies that the Regional Office has established and consistently implement efficient, systematic, and process driven HR mechanisms aligned with Civil Service Commission standards.

The award also recognizes the significant contributions of former Regional Director Angelina M. Carreon, whose leadership and initiatives laid the groundwork for strengthening the region’s human resource system and processes.

The award highlights the collective efforts, dedication, and professionalism of TESDA MIMAROPA officials and personnel in fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in public service.
