Around 80 returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) gathered at Citi Mall, Ilaya, Calapan City on April 21, 2026 for the Bayanihan Para sa Balikbayang Manggagawa, National Reintegration Network Fair – MIMAROPA Region, led by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) MIMAROPA under the Regional Director Carlo Villaflores.

The event highlighted a strong whole-of-government approach, featuring one-stop shop of services from partner agencies including DSWD, DepEd, DOLE, DTI, TESDA, PhilHealth, DA, DOST, DICT, BIR, PSA, and Pag-IBIG. TESDA underscored its commitment to reintegration by offering skills training opportunities, assessment and certification services, and livelihood support programs aimed at enhancing the employability and entrepreneurial capacity of returning OFWs.
