POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V (RE-OPEN)

OFFICE: FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION (FASD), TESDA REGION IV-B

SALARY: SG-18 (PhP 46,725.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25% – Coordinates/Provides information on all matters relating to budget and gives instruction to proper budget execution to all operating units;

20% – Prepare and consolidate reports on Scholarship Programs of TESDA MIMAROPA and submit on a monthly and quarterly basis to Central Office, Department of Budget and Management and Commission on Audit;

25% – Prepares and submits consolidated Fund Utilization Reports in monthly and quarterly basis to Central Office, DBM and COA

15% – Reviews/Facilitates communication actions on all budgetary requests;

10% – Manages the finances of the Regional Office, Provincial Offices and Provincial Training Centers and assists internal budget consultations from all operating units;

and 5% – Performs other related functions;

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience

Training: 8 hours of relevant training

Eligibility: Career Service Professional / 2nd Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);

• Responsible for leading the budget process of TESDA MIMAROPA

• Preparation, legislation, execution and reporting/accountability to ensure optimal operations and accomplishment of the Agency’s goals and targets.

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
